With indoor and outdoor sports facilities to pre-book, crazy golf and pitch n putt to drop in on, and a playground, paddling pool and skatepark to access for free, this place has loads to do for kids of all ages!

There’s a skate park too, welcoming BMXers, boarders, skaters and scooters of all ages so long as they’re safely padded up! Like the playground and the paddling pool this is free!

Then you can hit the cool crazy golf and pitch and putt courses! Easy enough for all ages to have a crack at, you’d do well to remember that pitch and putt is basically grown up golf in miniature, so if they’re after comedy hazards and trick shots be sure it’s the other one you go to!

There are also pre-bookable facilities on site including an athletics track, synthetic and grass football pitches, bowls green, and courts for rounders, netball, tennis and badminton! You can’t just walk in to these, they do need booking in advance and your own equipment largely needs to be provided so be a good Scout and Be Prepared!

Plus there are oodles of scenic walks locally along canal towpaths and country lanes, ideal for a family ramble.

Finally this is a great destination for those with disabled children, with their Adapted Cycling Centre offering disability adapted tricycles, wheelchairs tandems, companion bikes and more in that vein, available for over 5s. There are tailored, instructor-led cycling sessions available too, either as a family or part of a group.
