Royal Norfolk Regimental Museum

Royal Norfolk Regimental Museum

The Museum has a varied collection of objects, photographs and archive material connected to the Regiment which illustrates its 300 year history.

We are conscious that most visitors like to engage with displays that they are able to handle. While much of the collection is too fragile to have on open display there are some larger exhibits that are free standing,  including a 'Please touch' display, a drum to bang, a periscope to spy with and a modern day soldier's pack to try on.

Norfolk Museums Service’s learning team delivers award-winning programmes for schools and all ages in ten museums across Norfolk. Our museums are in amazing historic buildings with wonderful collections and top class displays. We specialise in bringing history and learning to life.
