Schools Visits

Hobbledown is an excellent day out for school or group visits and the Hobblers want to make sure the organisers can enjoy the day as much as the children. That starts with us offering you all the resources you need to make the most of your visit. We want this day to be easy to organise and stress free.

To get the most out of your visit we know you need to plan ahead. We help by offering teachers a complimentary pair of tickets to visit us at Hobbledown prior to your school visit, once a booking has been paid for.

We also have a helpful sheet listing all the practical information that you can download and hand out to the other teachers in your group.

We know that children learn more when they are fully immersed in a subject. Their engagement and attention levels are heightened, which in turn magnifies the effort they put in and the wonderful results they achieve.  That’s why the Hobblers have found their own real-life, grown-up teacher who has created a range of activities and fun stuff for your children to do.  We are continually adding more plans and activities  so please keep checking the website. Schools can download all of this to use at Hobbledown.
