Gallery @ Gosport Discovery Centre

The Gallery @ Gosport Discovery Centre hosts a wide variety of exhibitions and events from shows of the finest local artists to exhibitions drawing on the rich museum collections held by Gosport and Hampshire. It is fast becoming a regional venue for major exhibitions on loan from our national museums and collections. Events range from theatrical productions to fun-days, talks to art workshops.

The Gallery @ Gosport Discovery Centre is a bright welcoming exhibition space located in the historic former assembly hall of Gosport Grammar School. Whilst maintaining several of the original features such as the floor and the balcony, it has been renovated to the highest standards to allow secure display of items of national importance.

School Visits to Gosport Gallery

Gosport Gallery runs a programme of local, regional and national temporary exhibitions, which change on a regular basis throughout the year.

KS1, KS2 & KS3 workshops or self-led visits linked to the exhibition programme are often available where there is a clear curriculum link.
