Constantine Museum
Constantine Museum
Constantine is one of the largest villages in Cornwall and has had its own local history museum since June 2005.
The Constantine Heritage Collection is dedicated to the agricultural, mining, quarrying and social history of the area.
The collection is housed at the Tolmen Centre, a former Wesleyan Chapel in Fore Street Constantine, near Falmouth. Our collection covers mining and quarrying farming, music and the social history of the area. One display cabinet and adjacent board has an annual display devoted to a special event, e.g. World War 2, the Diaspora, Titanic commemoration, local sport.
This museum is run entirely by volunteers.
