The Caledonian Railway
A four mile section of the Kinnaber to Brechin line, between Brechin and the Bridge of Dun forms the basis of this important fragment of Scotland's historic railways. Today the four mile line transports passengers from the bustling town of Brechin to the peaceful depths of the countryside at Bridge of Dun, which was a regular stopping point for the Royal Train en route to Ballater.
