Brooks Farm

Brooks Farm

Following a £530,000 redevelopment, the Brooks Farm Outdoor Learning Centre re-opened to the public on the 12 August 2014.

Brooks Farm is a wonderful visitor’s attraction based inside Skeltons Lane Park. It has been a feature of community life in Leyton for over 20 years. Alongside a wide variety of animals, including sheep, donkeys, ponies, goats, rabbits and hens, there are also plans to deliver a range farm of based learning activities and events.

Brooks Farm is FREE to enter for those visitors who simply want to walk around and enjoy the experience of visiting a farm.

The farm is an educational resource offering a working farm experience in the city with seasonal activities, plenty of friendly animals and children's activities planned during the holidays.

Farming is seasonal and therefore the animals and what you see changes throughout the year. In the months of March and April you can expect to see lambs, and plenty of other baby animals and at 5pm each day you can watch the goats being milked. Plus there are children's activities planned during the holidays.
